Our three apartments have been converted from a listed Coach House so are full of character. Whichever apartment you choose, we can provide wooden armchairs, a shower stool and toilet frame on request. All baths and showers have grab rails. There is disabled parking immediately outside Stables and Saddle Room.
For further information see our access statement or contact us and we will be pleased to discuss your requirements.
Stables
Stables is our most accessible apartment and is suitable for guests with limited mobility or hearing/visual impairments. The accommodation is on the ground floor and there are no steps. The floor in the living area is original herringbone brick which is uneven in places. The bathroom has a bath and a wet floor shower. Stables can be used by guests in wheelchairs but the door to the bathroom is narrow (740mm).
Saddle Room
Saddle Room is suitable for guests with a hearing impairment. The accommodation is on the ground floor but there are two small steps in the living space, between the dining and seating/kitchen areas. The floor of the dining area is original herringbone brick and is uneven in places. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Both bedrooms have direct access into the garden.
Granary
Granary is suitable for guests with a hearing/visual impairment. Granary is on the first floor of the Coach House and is accessed by two flights of steps with handrails. Once inside there are no steps and all floors (except the kitchen area) are carpeted. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Granary is exceptionally spacious.
